Mahoba, Jnn. Despite the government's directive, the movement of migrant workers by freight vehicles is not banned. A major accident has occurred in Mahoba late on Monday, the third day of the accident in Auraiya. Three female migrants were killed and 17 injured when a DCM overturned by migrant laborers coming from Jhansi. Serious injured are being sent to the hospital. Police and administration personnel who reached the spot were busy in the relief and rescue work till late night. The identification effort has been started after the cranes were removed from the DCM by removing the material dropped on the road.

Around 22 migrant workers who arrived in Jhansi on Monday afternoon had boarded the DCM carrying heavy goods of crusher from Harpalpur in Chhatarpur. Late night, the DCM uncontrolled overturned due to a sudden tire burst on the blind turn of Mahua dam in front of Kamalpur village of Kulpahar tehsil. About 22 workers boarded it were buried under the DCM and the crushers loaded in it. After the accident, there was a scream in the people. Nearby people rushed to the rescue and shortly after the police called the crane.

With the help of cranes, the injured laborers were removed by removing the goods of DCM and crushers. Earlier three women were killed, while 17 were injured. Serious injured have been sent to the hospital. The officers present on the spot removed the goods of the crusher and made them search for buried workers. At present, the casualties and the injured have not been identified. DM Awadhesh Kumar said that three women died, while a total of 17 people, both minor and serious, were injured. Efforts are being made to identify everyone.
